Q: Is there a minimum order amount?
A: There is no minimum order amount. However, orders over $99 qualify for free Purolator Xpresspost shipping across Canada.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?

A: We ship via Purolator, UPS, Canada Post Xpresspost with 1-3 business day delivery across Canada. Major cities typically receive orders within 1-2 business days.

Q: Is the packaging discreet?
A: Absolutely. Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no logos, brand names, or indication of contents.

Q: What if my package is lost or stolen?

Q: Do you ship outside of Canada?
A: Moon Houz only ships within Canada.
