All Moon Houz orders are shipped via Purolator, Xpresspost, UPS Canada’s most reliable express courier service. Every package is handled with care and shipped directly to your door. We process orders within 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery takes 1-3 business days across Canada. Major cities (Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Calgary, Ottawa) typically receive orders within 1-2 business days. Remote areas may take 2-3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is our top priority. Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no logos, brand names, or indication of contents. The return address uses a generic business name.

Free Shipping

Orders over $99 qualify for free Purolator, Xpresspost, UPS shipping anywhere in Canada. For orders under $99, a flat-rate shipping fee applies. We never charge hidden fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen during transit, Moon Houz will reship your order at no additional cost. Simply contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number.

Payment Methods

We accept Interac e-Transfer and Bitcoin. E-Transfer payments are processed within 24 hours on weekdays. Bitcoin payments are confirmed after network verification. No identifying information appears on your bank statement.
